HOW IT WORKS- PLEASE READ!

Purchase the appropriate autograph ticket for the athlete and item you are sending. After purchasing, securely package your item and ship it to the address below.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS

All incoming packages MUST be shipped using UPS or FedEx.

***NO USPS PACKAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED.***

Your package MUST also include a prepaid return shipping label from UPS or FedEx with valid tracking information.

Please package your item carefully. We strongly recommend using appropriate protection for helmets, photos, cards, artwork, jerseys, and other collectibles.

ITEM PREPARATION & LABELING INSTRUCTIONS

Please clearly label EACH item you send in with the following information:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Desired location of the autograph on the item
• Requested ink color
• Inscription request, if applicable

If you are sending multiple items, each individual item must be labeled separately so there is no confusion regarding autograph placement, ink color, or inscription requests.

We will have the following paint pens readily available:

• Silver paint pen
• Black paint pen

If you would like any other ink color or a specific type/brand of pen used, you MUST include your own pen with your item.

This is especially important for team-signed or multi-signed items where matching the existing ink color and style is important.

Please securely label any pen you send with your name and order number.
